All the items we sell on ebay were removed from used cars and vans. Therefore you will expect the wear and tear of the items. Please note they are not brand new.
3. All the pannels will have scuffs and storage marks and we expect to paint the item before use. But if any dents cracks or damges we will be advertised in the description.
4. Engines and gear boxes are tested and run for few hours before we removed from the vehicle. And we will give you 60 days warrenty for all the items we sell.
2. All the electrical items are tested before removed. Therefore we can garentee that it works 100%. If your car has different problem or in any event if you want to return as its doesn't work we will receive the item and test it and return at your cost.
Terms & Conditions Of Sale
Returns Policy
- Items incorrectly ordered or no longer required must be returned within 7 days of delivery date.
- The buyer is responsible for all postage costs. A handling charge of 10% (does not include postage costs) will be applied to cover a re stocking fee and administration costs.
- When returning goods they must be well packed and in original condition and packaging.
- Returned goods must be accompanied with original invoice or pay pal receipt and with a brief note explaining why being returned.
- Please note we cant exchange goods or complete refunds until the original item has been returned in original condition.
- Any painted parts or not in original condition will not be accepted as a return.
- Please note if you fail to comply with the points as above you will not receive a replacement or refund.
Damages Policy
- All items must be checked on delivery wherever possible any damages must be noted on the delivery note or refused and sent back with the driver. If unable to check goods the delivery note must be signed for unchecked and reported to us within 24 hours.
- We will not accept goods back for damages if the delivery note is signed as received in good condition.
- All Royal Mail deliveries that are received damaged must be reported within 24 hours.
- Any Damaged item that is reported within the allotted time will be replaced by New Vehicle Parts Online wherever possible. If we are unable to replace a refund will be issued once we have received the item back and if any post costs are owed these will be refunded to the buyer.
- We can issue a partial refund for the damage if the buyer prefers we must be noted within 24 hours. We may ask for photographic evidence of the damage.
- Please note if you fail to comply with the points as above you will not receive a replacement or refund.
Delivery Policy
- For all deliveries please leave a contact number on your order.
- Buyer is responsible to make sure someone is available to accept delivery as a signature will be required.
- No items will be left without a signature.
- We will only deliver to registered address on Ebay.
- We will attempt 2 deliveries if then becomes a failed delivery a delivery charge will be applied to cover our costs of item to be resent.
- If you require a delivery outside mainland UK (Northern/Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Isles & Scottish Highlands) please contact us before purchase with your postcode so we can give you a postage quote.
