Shipping

Handling time is 1 day. I try to ship same day if I can, but it will for sure ship next business day.

If a delivery confirmation is confirmed by USPS or UPS, that is considered DELIVERED!!

If someone steals it from your door step or mailbox it's on YOU, I only cover packages NOT delivered.

Many people try this scam and I do NOT send you another item or refund your money.

If you live in a bad neighborhood I suggest you get a PO box

If you want it sent with a signature required, let me know when you order.

Although I do drop packages off at the post office on Sat. & Sun. sometimes the large package drop box is full or the package is too big. In those cases I will take them Monday Morning.

I do this because I know you will get it faster!

I video every packing of each item showing my security seals and the shipping label and showing how each item is packed.

Surplus Items

Surplus items may have shelf dust, dirt, scratches etc (LOOK at ALL the Pictures).

Boxes or packages may be open, cut open, or may not include original packaging.

Labels may be faded, plastic packaging may be cracked.

Items may or may not have factory paperwork or packaging.

Ask any questions before you buy, all sales are final for cosmetics or packaging.

Warranty

I will 14 day Warranty against DOA. DEAD ON ARRIVAL ONLY

If a replacement item is available, you choose refund or replacement.

Cosmetics are NOT covered under Surplus Stock Items.

All Sales Are Final Except DOA or Item Not as Described.

Warranty is not good on electrical items if you burn it up by not installing it correctly.

Abuse is not covered.

Swapping out a damaged item for my good item is not covered.

I reserve the right to OPEN UNOPENED items to put our tamper proof return authorization sticker on any item.

If my security seals are missing or cut I will NOT issue a refund.

No Labor covered, and buyer pays return postage Unless the item is faulty then I will pay everything.

25% restocking fee applies plus postage to you (and no refund of your postage to me) Unless the item has a valid issue that was not disclosed in the item description or if the item is not what we say it is.

If you buy it and I ship it, then it is yours. I am NOT Wal-mart or Home Depot. You can't return an item because you "ordered the wrong item" or "thought it was something else"

Assume Any And All Factory Warranties To Be Null And Void Being Most Items Are A Second Party Sale From Surplus Stock.

Factory Warranties

If the item you are purchasing has warranty information (IE: warranty cards, registration papers) Assume that any and all factory warranties are Null and Void.

This purchase would be a third party purchase, most companies will only honor a warranty purchased by the 1st or original buyer.

You are buying SURPLUS Stock and most likely won't be elligible for a "Factory Warranty", that is one reason it is cheaper than a "NEW" one.

Guarantee

The item you purchase is Guaranteed to be what the description says it is.

Do not make an assumption as to what you think the item is, ASK BEFORE YOU BUY.

Although an occasional shipping problem may occur that is out of our control, You will get your item in the time promised.

I did leave feedback FIRST Until recently; I am down to less than 25% of people leaving me feedback in return.

I need those feedback ratings to improve my store.

I do not use an automated computer to send feedback; It is not as genuine as personally leaving it.

With getting less than 25% of feedback in return it does not show the full extent of items I have sold.
