When you don't get your order completely, please don't worry, and contact me first by eBay message. We will check the reason and respond to you as soon as possible.

Your order would be shipped by more than one parcel under two conditions below.

1. the items are overweight or oversize when they are packed together.

2. We have more than one warehouse within United States.Part of the items might be shipped saperately from another warehouse.

1. Please use the eBay checkout system to make payment. Paypal, Visa, and MasterCard are the accepted forms of payment. 

2. Immediately payment is required for all transaction.

1. All orders will be shipped out within 3 business days.

2. We will ship out by Fedex or UPS at our discretion.

3. We only ship to 48 continiential states, not including PO box addresses.
