This set was created and modeled by us to original true size and then 3D Printed on an industrial 3D Printer using high grade non-breakable 3DP PLA+ spools. (not standard PLA) We take pride in our manufacturing and we have over 1,000 clients all around the world which we model and create plastics and molds for.
These are custom 3D Printed models created by us to funtion just like or better than the originals using autocad software.
(We do not use bargain basement 3D printers, we use industrial machines, we are a physical machine shop in Northern NJ and we have 5 industrial 3D printing machines)

Questions and Answers. (PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM US IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND THIS Q&A OR WHAT IS INVOLVED WITH OUR CUSTOM MADE ITEMS)
1. - Will these work with any darts? Maybe, but we only guarentee they will work with original darts and we only test our creations with original darts.
2. - What are the minute hairs I see on some of the shells? This is part of the manufacturing process, they just fall away after inserting a dart, or if they really bother you can use a hair dryer that will make them evaporate. Just push a dart in\out for a bit and they will fall away. If the insides are really rough they can stop or slow a dart if your dart is mis-shaped from excessive use. You can use a screwdriver or a screwdriver with some sand paper on it to make the inside of the shells really smooth which will make your darts exit REALLY fast, however if you do this too much, the darts will just fall out.
3. - My shells don't work or don't work well. Sometimes if someone uses a modified nerf or modifies their nerf you'll need to modify shells as well. You can easily increase air flow by snipping some of the rear plastic away with some wire snips. PLA+ is easy to snip with wire snips. But performing #2 above will get any dart exit without problem.
