Installation Instructions
- Turn off the engine and allow the vehicle to cool.
- Remove the CVT clutch cover.
- Remove the old drive belt.
- Clean both clutch sheaves and remove any rubber residue.
- Install the new belt in the correct rotation direction.
- Reinstall the clutch cover.
- Break in the new belt by operating in Low Range and avoiding aggressive acceleration for at least the first 5 miles (8 km).
