Handling and Repair Time:
The handling time displayed on eBay may seem longer than expected because it includes the time required for customers to send their items to us, as well as the duration needed to complete repairs and return the items. Usually, once we receive your unit, we finalize the programming within three business days after obtaining the necessary parts from the customers. The items are then shipped back using UPS Ground Delivery. Please note that our programming business days are only weekdays, from Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and on Federal Holidays.
