Available for the Yamaha R25 '14-, R3 '15- models, this R&G Titanium radiator guard is both lightweight and super strong, thanks to its real Titanium (ASTM B265 Grade 1) mesh construction, encased in a seamless aluminium frame.
This specific R&G radiator guard is made from an expanded ASTM B265 Grade 1 Titanium sheet and features a neat, seamless aluminium frame, securely holding the guard in place (utilising existing mounting or brackets). Titanium anodised for a fantastic looking, long lasting product as well as (most importantly) protecting your expensive and vulnerable radiator from damage. The titanium mesh is twice as strong as standard aluminium mesh guards providing excellent protection from road debris such as: stones, bugs, tyre rubber etc. flicked up from either your own front wheel or other riders either on track or on the road.

Fitting guide:
To fit the radiator to the bike, cut the foam strip into 10mm wide pieces and stick them to the back of the radiator guard frame, so that they sit between the radiator guard and the radiator.
The 2 cable ties go through the slots at the top of the radiator guard and around the mounting brackets of the radiator (do not tighten until you have completed next step)
At the bottom of the radiator guard fix the original bolt through the radiator guard to the radiator - once completed tighten all cable ties.
