Warranty

HASSLE-FREE 1 YEAR WARRANTY

All parts are warrantied for a period of 12 months or 1 year from the purchase date. This warranty does not cover installation labor or any additional expenses that may result from a defective product. Your satisfaction is our goal and we stand behind all the products that we sell. Please make sure that the part you ordered fits before cutting, painting, altering or final installation. Altered items and custom orders are not refundable or returnable. Please inspect the parts immediately after receiving your order. If a replacement is not available, a full refund for the cost of the part and original shipping paid will be issued. The warranty does not cover failure due to abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, installation, alteration or modifications. The warranty does not cover cost of installation, removal, normal wear and tear, and consequential or subsequent damages.

QUICK 24-HOUR HANDLING

A valid phone number will be required for all Freight Shipping items to a residential as Freight Carriers will call and confirm shipments prior to scheduling the delivery date and time. If in the event that the buyer does not respond to Freight Carrier attempts to call and schedule, buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs which ranges between $200-$300 depending on the size and weight of package. Freight items are hoods, doors, bumpers, fenders, engines, transmissions, transfer cases, axle beams etc.
Shipping to a commercial address does not require Freight Carriers to call and schedule.
ALL FREIGHT SHIPPING REQUIRES A BUSINESS NAME AND ADDRESS AND IN SOME CASES FORKLIFT ACCESS FOR HEAVY ITEMS SUCH AS ENGINES, TRANSMISSIONS, HOODS, AXLE BEAMS AND ETC. IF A FORKLIFT IS NOT AVAILABLE AND THE DELIVERY DRIVER HAS TO USE THEIR LIFT GATE THEN THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR A $50 LIFT GATE FEE. BUYERS CAN RESORT TO THE OPTION OF PICKING UP THE PART FROM A NEARBY FREIGHT HUB AND IN SUCH A CIRCUMSTANCE WE WOULD PROVIDE THE LOCATION AND PHONE NUMBER OF THE FREIGHT HUB. BUYER MUST HAVE ACCESS TO A TRUCK AND SHOW UP WITH PROPER IDENTIFICATION.

Missing Item(s):

Please check the packing slip that was included with your shipment. In order to fill your order quickly and efficiently with items already in stock, we may have to split your order into multiple shipments, which we will indicate on the packing slip. If this is the case, rest assured that you will not be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you have originally paid. Incorrect Items:
