We ship using UPS, USPS, or Fedex. You must be able to provide a physical address for shipment (All APO, FPO, and PO box orders will ship USPS). We ship the same or the following business day.
For freight shipping, we can arrange shipments at reasonable market rates at the cost of the buyer. For more information, please contact us.
If you change your mind, or the product is not suitable, then you can return the item for a refund within 30 days. We only accept the unopended/unused products. All postage and package costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless we delivered an item to you in error, or the item is damaged or faulty.
