 Replacement 3D Printed Spool for DYMO LabelWriter 4XL Description Replacement 3D Printed Spool for DYMO LabelWriter 4XL Here we have a custom printed replacement sppol for the DYMO LabelWriter 4XL This is our design but credit has to go to the designer of the original part we took a huge amount of ispiration and ideas from. Thankyou Tijnv! We are able to modify the design or indeed design something to fit another purpose. These are designed to hold a roll of labels in the correct position for printing and are a direct replacement for the originals. Due to the tight tolerances the fit can be quite tight. It will loosen up in time. We lubricate and test assemble everything before dispatch to ensure everything is as it should be. We are happy to assemble and send like this but this will increase the cost slightly. Please contact us if you would prefer not to screw together yourself :) A simple screw together design with no glueing means these are super easy to put together and dissasemble / store when not in use. A lock nut is also included but is not strictly neccessary. A nice deep thread reduces the risk of cross threading and ensures good contact between parts. Printed in PLA at an infill density of 60% these are designed and printed to last. We have stock of these in Black but other colours are available with a short lead time. Please enquire if you have a colour preference and we will do what we can. Due to the nature of 3D printing there may be evidence of layer lines and post processing such as sanded edges. There may also be small imperfections. These will not affect the use/strength of the part and are purely cosmetic. All items are tested, security marked & photographed before dispatch From a non smoking and pet free household. Pictures are of the actual item(s) you will receive unless otherwise stated •POSTAGE/COMBINED POSTAGE/POSTAGE ABROAD• Please note we will post items anywhere fully insured/tracked. We will not post anything unrecorded or tracked for obvious reasons. There will be extra charges for postage abroad which we are unaware of until actual posting. We will normally charge a rough price for postage and then refund any extra after we take off the actual cost of packaging and postage. As we currently receive a huge amount of mails, any regarding postage covered here may go unanswered. We are happy to combine postage on items which again we cannot accurately judge until we have posted the items. In this case we will charge what we think it will cost and refund any difference upon posting. •RETURNS• All items are photographed and marked before posting. We will accept returns in certain circumstances but please contact us first with any issues you may have. •PAYMENT• If posting we prefer payment by Paypal. Payment by cheque, postal order, cash or bank transfer are also accepted at the buyers risk. If you prefer to collect the item then this can be arranged and must be cash on collection.
