Good condition. Powers on. Takes 4 AA batteries. Battery compartment is clean. The tape on the battery door is so you won't loose it when you have it open. Comes with instructions and in the Styrofoam. Outer box has lot of wear on it.

Just a Note: new law goes into effect. Ebay will start collecting sales tax for all internet sales no matter which state you live in. Each month this year certain states are selected to begin.
