The Simpson Mod Bandit Forged Carbon is the premium carbon fiber edition of Simpson's flagship modular motorcycle helmet, delivering the iconic Bandit flip-front design in a forged carbon fiber shell where every helmet carries a visually unique woven carbon pattern. Built for riders who want the most premium version of the Mod Bandit in a lightweight, aggressive package. DOT Approved and ECE 22.06 certified for full street legality in the US and internationally. Available in XX-Large (62-63 cm / Hat Size 7-3/4 to 7-7/8).
The one-hand chin bar opens effortlessly and locks in the open position for city convenience and maximum ventilation. An integrated internal sun shield deploys via a left-side slider, and the face shield is Pinlock-ready for all-weather anti-fog performance. Metal chin bar locking hardware ensures long-term durability under daily use, while an integrated spoiler aids stability and air extraction at highway speeds. The removable antibacterial liner and pre-cut cheek pad speaker pockets accommodate Bluetooth communication systems. Ships with a clear face shield pre-installed.

Shipping
All orders placed Monday-Friday before 2:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day via UPS Ground, FedEx or USPS as long as the product is not on back-order. Tracking information will be automatically uploaded to eBay when the item has shipped. The address on your PayPal account MUST be verified. Additional shipping charges may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada. Please message us on eBay if you need to inquire about expedited shipping.
Rudy's Performance Parts does NOT ship to international or PO Box addresses. Should you purchase an item from Rudy's Performance Parts using an international or PO Box address, Rudy's Performance Parts reserves the right to cancel and fully refund your order.
ALL programmers bought from Rudy's Performance Parts will be sent with signature confirmation and any purchases over $500.00 may also be sent with signature confirmation. Upon delivery, if no one is available to sign for the product, the shipper (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) may attempt to deliver the merchandise another day OR hold it at a local hub for customer pickup.
Rudy's Performance Parts is NOT responsible for any packages that are damaged from shipping. ALL packages should be inspected for damage at the time of delivery. If you receive a damaged package, Rudy's Performance Parts will open a damage claim with the shipper and will refund or replace your product once the claim has been complete.
Rudy's Performance Parts ships products from multiple warehouses across the country in order to get your products to you the quickest way possible. Your order will ship from the nearest warehouse that has the product in stock. Please note that your order may come in multiple shipments/packages and your shipments/packages may arrive at different times.

Returns
All of our parts and accessories are returnable and refundable. You MUST contact us within 30 days of the shipment date in order for us to accept a return. The item in which you are returning MUST be unused, uninstalled, in the original condition, and in the original packaging. To begin the return process you MUST contact us to obtain an RA number and RA form (if applicable) prior to sending the item back. Returns will be jeopardized at the customer?s expense if they are sent back without a return authorization number. All returned items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Labor, installation, surcharges or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are non-refundable. If you are returning an item due to an error caused by Rudy's Performance Parts or its business partners (i.e., damaged or defective items, incorrect part shipped, etc.), we will cover all freight charges on the replacement items. We will not be able to send out a replacement part without payment. You are welcome to pay for a replacement item and then receive a refund when the original item is received back, otherwise, we won't be able to send a replacement until the original item is back. If you are sending an item back, we recommend using a service with tracking and signature confirmation. Refunds will be credited back using the method you used to initially pay for the item less any applicable restocking fees. Refunds will be credited within 7-10 business days after the item has been received back to our warehouse and inspected.
