Returns are accepted at the buyer's expense for items purchased
incorrectly, such as incorrect fitment, changed mind, or no longer needed,
provided the return is initiated within the stated return window. In these
cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Our Open Box Items
These items are sold directly by us (SuperATV) as Open Box products. They
are discounted due to original customer returns, or open packaging, not because
of functional defects. In some cases, there may be some light blemishes, grease,
or light scuffs, and as a result, all products on the SuperATV Factory outlet
are offered at a significantly discounted price off of MSRP.
What Does "Open Box" Mean?
Many of these items were originally returned by customers for reasons such
as ordering the incorrect part. When this happens, we have a dedicated team who
thoroughly inspects each item when it is retuned to us. Whenever possible, we
return our inventory back to stock and sell at full MSRP on SuperATV.com. However,
sometimes there are packaging issues, or minor blemishes that are a result of
shipping to and from a customer, and they cannot be returned to inventory.
Those products end up here on our SuperATV Factory Outlet. It's important for
us to note that each item is inspected to confirm that all required components
are included and that there are no critical functional issues before being made
available for resale. When we do have items that are damaged, dented, or
heavily scratched, we scrap them and never resell them on the Factory Outlet or
on the SuperATV.com website. You can
rest assured that each Factory Outlet product is in like-new condition.
Important Note About Windshields
Our windshields include a protective film on both sides. This film can be
difficult to see and may cause a cloudy or hazy appearance if not removed.
Do not remove the protective film until the windshield is fully installed
and you are certain you are keeping the item.

Installation guides for most of our products can be downloaded for free from our
website by searching the product SKU and accessing the PDF instructions at the
bottom of the product page.

Problems With Your Order?
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your
product, please send us an eBay message including 1) a clear photo of any severe
damage (excluding minor scratches or cosmetic marks) and 2) a photo of
the label on the box showing the part number.
