The products from Mainline Automotive are manufactured using materials as required for the vehicle application with final assembly carried out in the UK. Our arms are direct replacements for the Original Equipment part.

Product quality of our parts is very important to us and we know all too well that the external appearance of an auto part isn’t the only indicator of a quality part, it’s also what’s inside, and with arms the internal design and materials used for the ball joints and bushes matters just as much as what’s visible externally.

We use the same internal materials as the OE part, which is especially important for ball joints and bushes. This ensures our part is identical to the OE part, inside and out.

Every component in our products are manufactured to exacting standards and with each subject to our stringent quality control, customers can be confident the part will perform as expected.

During the warranty period, Mainline will endeavour to replace the faulty product free of charge. Please contact us to discuss the process and if the replacement product can be supplied before the faulty product is returned back to us.
