Tandy 1000EX Vintage Computer Not Fully Working or Complete READ

This computer powers on to lines on the screen as shown in the video.  I know it's not simple vertical/horizontal adjust in the monitor because I tried a different 1000 and it worked fine.  Hopefully someone with more knowledge can easily fix this, because it seems to be powering up and feels like I'm missing something small.

Additionally, there is no expansion in the back, and the back cover and slot covers are missing.

Computer is dirty and keys are very yellowed.  Otherwise seems physically intact.  Keyboard/floppy/etc are all untested due to no video.

Selling by itself as shown, with no other accessories or items.
