Policies:
We ship all orders within 1-2 business days. We do not ship
on weekends and holidays.
Video Games, Blu-Rays, DVD’s
All orders over $50 CAD will be packaged in a Bubble Mailer
or Box and sent via Tracked Expedited Shipping.
Orders that are less than $50 CAD will be packaged in a
poly-mailer bag via Un-tracked Canada Post Lettermail (Exceptions to be made
for Jewel-cases, steelbooks, items with slipcovers and sealed items - will be
packaged in a bubble mailer)
Books
All orders over $50 CAD will be packaged in a Box and sent via
Tracked Expedited Shipping.
Book Orders that are less than $50 CAD and less than 2cm
thick will be packaged in a bubble mailer and sent via Un-tracked Canada Post
Lettermail.
CDs (Jewel Cases)
All CD Orders over $50 CAD will be packaged in a Box and
sent via Tracked Expedited Shipping.
CD Orders that are less than $50 CAD will be packaged in bubble
mailer and sent via Un-tracked Canada Post Lettermail.
VHS
All VHS Orders will be packaged in a Bubble Mailer or Box
and sent via Tracked Expedited Shipping
All orders have the option to add Tracked Expedited
Shipping for an added fee at checkout
