RETURNS/Warranty 

We offer a 30 day return policy on all purchases, unless otherwise stated. Parts that require flashing and/or programming can ONLY be returned if accompanied by a mechanic/ dealership receipt/report that states the problem with the part, vehicle make;model;year, and shows date with mechanics signature and contact information. We will also accept clear pictures of these documents sent to our eBay messages. 

Part must be returned in the same condition and include all parts/pieces as when purchased. Any tampering or altering of any kind will result in withholding partial or all of your refund.Part must be returned within the 30 day allotted time frame. The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with returns. This includes return shipping and original shipping costs.

SHIPPING

All items ship to the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories with no additional charges unless listing states otherwise. All our international sales are handled through eBay?s global exchange. If the country you live is not part of this program, then unfortunately we do not ship there. With shipping charges constantly changing, we do reserve the right to change the shipping provider at time of packaging. Please be assured that If a change is made to the shipping company we decide to use, the shipping time frame will not be affected. You will receive your package within the delivery expected dates. Shipping Delays can happen, please be patient as these are out of our control. Contact us if you have any shipping concerns and we will do our best to assist in any way we can. 

Items will usually ship the next day after payment is received. If item is purchased and paid for after 12:00 PM EST it may not get shipped out until the following day. For customers located in the continental US, we do offer combine shipping discounts on most parts when purchasing multiple items.Please contact us prior to purchasing if you wish to combine shipping so we can tell you if your items are eligible and provide a shipping quote.
