How do you know that this is the problem?

can hear your window regulator motor sounds, but it can't lift your
door glass. Or it needs hand help to go all the way up. But the best
option to be sure is to remove your door panel and inspect by yourself.
If you don't hear the window motor working, or trying to move, maybe you
have other problem.
