Up for your consideration is an assembled Vintage 1960's Faller #249 Plastic HO Scale Model Trains Rural Cottage.

Great vintage condition. Windows are all intact, including faux glass and scenery pictures on inside. One gutter piece is missing. Door is intact as well as the sky light.
3 3/8" by 3" by 2" tall.
Estate find.
