The Waters 626 HPLC Pump is a biocompatible, low-pressure mixing quaternary solvent delivery system. It utilizes a non-metallic PEEK (Polyetheretherketone) fluidics path to prevent metal-ion contamination, making it specifically optimized for high-resolution protein purification, peptide mapping, bioseparations, and ion chromatography.
Maximum Operating Pressure: 4,000 psi (281.2 kg/cm^2 / 275 bar).
Operating Flow Rate Range: 0.01 to 5.00 mL/min (using standard 50 µL pump heads).
Programmable Flow Rate Range: 0.00 to 10.00 mL/min in 0.01 mL/min increments.
Solvent Delivery / Blending: Quaternary system with 4-eluent gradient capabilities using low-pressure proportioning valves.
Degassing: Automatic eluent degassing via built-in helium sparging.
Operational Modes: Supports gradient, isocratic, and flow programming profiles
