Item Details:  All items are sold “AS-IS”, no refunds or exchanges. Please ask questions you have and offer accordingly. What you see is exactly what you get; nothing more, nothing less. Any testing necessary will be listed in description.

Payment Terms:  We accept approved eBay payment standards. We require payment within 48 hours, however, if that fails, an Unpaid Item Case via the Resolution Center in eBay may be opened before we assume you are forfeiting and item is no longer available to you.

Shipping Terms:  Buyer agrees to pay for shipping and packaging fees listed. International Buyers through Global Shipping Program will pay shipping charges to your country. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. Please note that calculated shipping is USPS based. However, we reserve the right to ship at the same cost via UPS, FedEx or another carrier. We prefer shipping by USPS, UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for any damage caused by shipping or freight carriers. All Priority Mail and Ground Advantage are insured.

Packaging:  All items are packaged per shipping guidelines of the carrier.

Feedback:  We appreciate positive feedback. We leave purchase feedback as soon as feedback is received from you. If you have any problems with your item, please let us know ASAP so we attempt at resolution of any issue.

Returns:  If accepted, returns must be approved prior to item being shipped back. Item must be returned within 14-days of delivery. Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee and Buyer pays return shipping. Item must be returned in same condition it was sold in (for example: “New”, “Unopened”, “Sealed”, “Working”, etc.). All components and accessories included in original listing must be returned. Tracking information must be provided and Insurance is required for return shipments. We will not be held responsible for damage during return shipment. Extra charges may apply for returns that do not comply with these terms.
