RETURNS:
Returns are accepted if there are any issues with the delivered order. We are committed to providing high-quality antique parts to keep you and your bike satisfied.  

Please understand that while many parts on our store are NOS or New, they are still vintage parts. Look carefully at the picture and part number to ensure it is what you need and in a condition that will work for your project. 

FEEDBACK:
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us before leaving a negative rating. Issues can always be worked out - we would rather fix issues than lose a customer.

SHIPPING:

• Shipping charges and quotes include postage and handling based on the item weight and size.
• All orders are shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding US holidays and extreme weather delays. 
• We do combine shipping when possible (limited by size, weight and fragile nature of item). Shipping will be paid for each item and excess shipping costs collected will be refunded once item is shipped.

COMMUNICATION:
Please ask questions using the eBay messaging system. We do not see notes left in the order details or invoices, only messages sent through eBay.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
If your country or shipping destination charges, demands, or imposes any customs tax, VAT, tariff, customs duty or levies, royalty, "handling", excise obligation, assessment, or any other charges that are due upon delivery, you will accept sole responsibility for full payment as the buyer / recipient.

GENERAL:
Payment is expected within three (3) days after you commit to buy.
